Gentlemen,
As you are fully aware, Jeanie, my bride and I, got married on September 12th, 2009. Jeanie met you (Joe and Chad) at a bridal fair well before our wedding date. She told me how professional and terrific you seemed at that show and thought we should look into APEX further and to consider you for entertainment (DJ and music and hosts) as well as the video taping of our big day which was fast approaching. With both of our parents decreased the wedding costs fell squarely on me and I thought, “this isn’t going to be cheap!”
After I contacted you again, you invited as in for a more formal meeting at your office. I knew from the beginning that we would work together on this. Your passion for your work, your enthusiasm, the demo videos you showed us and your knowledge of weddings in general sold us on the entire package. The cost seems reasonable as well.
Jeanie and I left your office that day knowing that we made the right decision. You furnished as with valuable information on other vendors in the area for our cake, limousine, flowers, caterers and anything else we were lacking at that time. You had obviously built your business on the relationships you have nurtured in the area and you had just the right contacts for us to finalize our plans.
Leading up the wedding day, you stayed in close contact with us to make certain that all of our vendors were on the same page. You built our website through APEX and made sure we had everything we needed. You met with our caterer at the venue to be certain that everything would work together. You visited our church to determine how best to shoot the rehearsal and ceremony. In essence, you truly acted as our wedding planner. All this was done weeks before the wedding! You assured us that everything would be fine…and I’m here to tell you, it really was better than fine. Jeanie truly got to relax during the days leading up to the wedding because we knew that if there was a problem that were to surface, the guys at APEX would resolve it. During this whole process, Jeanie and I became honored to call all three of you our friends .For all this, we are forever grateful.
The day before the wedding, our rehearsal started promptly at 6PM. The first people on the scene were from APEX EVENTS. After the rehearsal at our church, we all caravanned to Jeanie’s sister’s home for our rather large rehearsal dinner. APEX was there when we arrived. I still don’t know how you did this, but you managed to be unobtrusive and still catch all the moments of that wonderful evening. You interviewed each wedding party member, including me and Jeanie with magically appeared in the final edit of our treasured DVD.
The day of the wedding started early for both me and Jeanie. She and her “gals” went to the salon, to have their hair done and to get make-up done. All of this was caught on tape by you and your terrific staff. I had breakfast with my family, most of whom traveled long distances to be there. The breakfast and that great morning were all captured by you on video. The pre-ceremony rituals of nervousness, dressing, prepping and waiting at the church was again, all caught on tape, not to mention with some of the most beautiful lightning, angels and overall quality I have ever seen.
This hour long ceremony was taped in its entirety by 2 video cameras that we never even knew were there. It was a long ceremony and not one second was missed. The post wedding photo sessions were all caught on tape. The trip by limo to the reception was caught on tape. The arrival and introductions of the wedding party by Chad at the reception was all caught on tape. Everything was caught on tape.
Chad and Joe as DJ’s made the whole reception one of the best times ever. Jeanie and I still get compliments about how much fun our guests had and how phenomenal the music, DJ and MC were.
If all of this was not enough, we finally got to see the final edit of our wonderful wedding. We waited until Christmas morning to watch it. I would have to say, it may have been the best Christmas gift either of us has ever received. We laughed, we cried and we relived the best day of our lives. The quality of the DVD in high definition is as good as any movie I have ever seen on my big screen. The music that you picked for the background was timeless, sweet and perfect. The interviews that you conducted at the rehearsal were so wonderful. The wedding ceremony was caught in its entirety and so was every word. The sound is incredible. The fun of the reception was recorded brilliantly and we will have this to watch over and over for the rest of our lives. I have never seen this kind of quality in a wedding video before. I work in television and I am familiar with the work that goes into a news story or a 30- second commercial. In short, we were blown away by the production quality and the moments you caught for us.
Gentlemen, needless to say, Jeanie and I so thrilled we chose APEX to “take care of us”. That is exactly what you did, you took great care of us and we are forever in your debt. If this package cost $10,000.00, knowing what I know now, I would have gladly paid it. The cost was considerably less, but worth so much it is difficult to put into words.
You are wonderful friends and you have made us both happy beyond your wildest expectations. Please show our video to anyone that wants to see the quality of your work. If you ever need to have someone call us to ask us about APEX EVENTS, please give them my number . it would be an honor to tell anyone how great you guys are.
